What You'll Do:

As a Customer Success Analyst at Webalo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Becoming a world-class expert in the Webalo platform.
  • Leading customer onboarding and adoption activities.
  • Providing hands-on training and coaching to new customers and partners.
  • Installing Webalo in enterprise data centers and cloud-based environments.
  • Developing new curricula, training documentation, and videos to accelerate customer adoption.
  • Leading app delivery projects with industrial customers.
  • Participating in product roadmap processes.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking individuals with:

  • Strong technical analysis skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • 3+ years of experience in the software industry in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with SQL and web technologies.
  • Experience with mobile app deployments on iOS and Android operating systems.
  • Experience with SAP modules and industrial manufacturing execution systems is a plus.

Pay Range: $80,000 per year to $130,000 per year
